Onion Pakoda

Ingredients to make Onion Pakoda

  • onion 1
  • Green chilli 1
  • ginger Garlic Paste
  • Rice flour 1 tsp
  • Wheat flour 1 tsp
  • Maida flour 1 tsp
  • asafoetida a pinch
  • curry leaves
  • coriander
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • oil for fry
  • salt to taste

How to make Onion Pakoda

  1. Cut onion and keep aside.
  2. Take a bowl, add all the above ingredients. Add onions and chilli.
  3. Sprinkle a little water. Add salt to taste.
  4. Heat pan, pour required amount of oil. Deep fry the mixed onions.
  5. Serve hot with ketchup

My Tip:

For more crispiness, add bread crumbs.
