ABOUT Sabudana Peanut Paratha RECIPE

This is my innovative dish in my kitchen. Making different taste to kids.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup sabudana
  2. 1/4 cup roasted Peanut powder
  3. 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  4. 1/2 tsp cumin and coriander powder
  5. 1/2 tsp chat masala
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  8. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  9. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  10. 2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  11. Oil or Ghee as needed
  12. 1.1/2 cup Wheat flour
  13. Pinch of turmeric powder
  14. Water as needed

Instructions

  1. Take the bowl and add sabudana wash throughly and drain the excess water. Then sprinkle some little water on it. Then rest for an 2 hours.
  2. After 2 hours take the pan heat ghee or oil and splutter the cumin seeds then add ginger Garlic paste saute well.
  3. After add all spices chilli powder, cumin & coriander powder, Garam masala, chat masala, turmeric powder mix well
  4. Next add soaked sabudana, roasted peanut powder and salt to taste mix well with all masala ingredients. Adjust the Flame to low
  5. Lastly add finely chopped coriander leaves mix well and off the flame then cool them completely. keep aside
  6. Now prepare the dough- take the mixing bowl add sieved Wheat flour, salt to taste , pinch of turmeric powder and slowly add required water then knead well it be comes smooth dough. After Grease the oil and rest for 10 mins.
  7. Now take 2 small balls and roll it like a desired size not to thick or nor to be thin. with the help of rolling pin.
  8. After on 1 roll add sabudana mixture then apply or grease oil to around edges then place another one rolled sheet on it.
  9. Next gently press with hands around edges. And heat the tawa grease with ghee.
  10. After put the sabudana peanut paratha on tawa. Then roast both sides to applying the ghee .
  11. Lastly remove from heat and serve hot.. its amazing taste and kids also love this food. this is one of the innovative dish in my kitchen.
