Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pista.....100 gramms
  2. Mawa.....50 gramms
  3. Sugar.....50 grams or to taste
  4. Milk......2 table spoon
  5. Ghee.....1/2 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Soak pistachio for 4 hours
  2. Grind pistachio with milk to coarse consistency
  3. Heat a non stick pan, add ghee and put pistachio paste and saute nicely till nice aroma is attained
  4. Add mawa, stir continuously, now add sugar and saute little more
  5. Halwa is ready to be consumed, enjoy with your kidos
