With this easy way, we definitely would love to make it every now and then. Relish this super awesome Indian dessert that is a great addition to any dining table and a perfect aftermeal dessert. Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Juicy Red Carrots 1 1/2 kg
  2. Sugar 2 cups
  3. Ghee 1 cup
  4. Cashews chopped 1/2 cup
  5. cardamom powder 1 tsp
  6. Amul fresh cream 1/4 cup
  7. Full fat milk 1/2 litre

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the carrots before chopping them up into small pieces.
  2. Add them to a pressure cooker along with milk and cardamom powder.
  3. Pressure cook for about 10 to 12 whistles.
  4. After done, add sugar, cream, ghee and chopped nuts as desired.
  5. Now saute on a medium to high heat until ghee starts leaving the sides.
  6. Keep stirring and do not leave it unattended. Be careful about it as it splashes a lot during the whole process.
  7. Serve hot or cold as loved by your kids.
  8. Enjoy!
