ABOUT Cheese Namkeen RECIPE

It is very tasty and crunchy chheseling namkin. It is a teatime snack recipe and kids love it a lot. So try it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour 1 cup
  2. Cheese 1 square
  3. Crushed Black pepper 10-12
  4. Salt as per taste (mind that cheese contains salt
  5. Milk 1/4 cup
  6. Ghee 2 tsp
  7. Oil

Instructions

  1. Take all purpose flour in a big bowl.
  2. Add crushed black pepper, salt, ghee, cheese and mix well.
  3. Then add lukewarm milk step by step in it and prepare a hard dough.
  4. Cover this dough and allow to rest it for 10 minutes.
  5. after 10 minutes, knead the dough again for few minutes.
  6. take small portion of the dough and flatten it.
  7. Sprinkle all purpose flour and roll dough for a very thin chapati.
  8. Cut the small size square or diamond shapes with the help of cutter or knife.
  9. Heat oil on medium flame, add namin pieces in oil in batches.
  10. deep fry it on low flame till becomes crispy.
  11. drain oil and transfer it on tissue paper.
  12. Cheeselings or cheese namkeen is ready.
  13. Allow to cool at room temperature and store in dry air tight container for 10 to 15 days.
