Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Onions chopped 2
  2. Tomatoes chopped 2
  3. Green chillies 2
  4. Coriander leaves few
  5. Eggs 3
  6. Oil 2 tbsp
  7. Salt as required
  8. Wheat flour (chapathi)1 cup
  9. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Take wheat flour ,add salt ,water knead it into dough for chapathi
  2. For masala
  3. Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions saute along with salt
  4. Then add tomatoes mix it
  5. Add turmeric powder ,chilli powder saute well
  6. When masala dries add little wate r make masala mushy
  7. Add eggs stir it continuously for scrambling
  8. When half cooked add green chillies and coriander leaves cook well
  9. Prepare chapathi with dough
  10. Take chapathi add this filling and roll
  11. Serve hot with ketchup
