Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. rice 1/2 cup (cooked)
  2. Curd1/2 litre
  3. Mustard seeds1/2 tsp
  4. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  5. Red chillies 4
  6. Curry leaves few
  7. Salt as required
  8. Potatoes 2
  9. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  10. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Oil 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds,Cumin seeds let them crackle
  2. Add red chillies,Curry leaves mix
  3. Beat the curd with little water and salt
  4. Add to that and switch of the flame
  5. Add this curd mixture to cooked rice and pack in lunch box
  6. Potato fry
  7. Peel and cut potatoes into thin slice
  8. Add red chilli powder,Turmeric powder, salt to the potatoes
  9. Heat oil in pan add potatoes and fry in medium to low flame by closing with lid
  10. Serve hot
