Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Butter- 2 and 1/2 tablespoons
  2. Cocoa powder- 6 tablespoons
  3. Condensed milk- 400 gm (1 tin)
  4. Chocolate or any other flavoured sprinkles- 1/4 cup
  5. Orange zest- 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. In a flat non-stick sauce pan, add butter, cocoa powder and condensed milk. Using a whisk or a spoon, stir till it forms an uniform mixture.
  2. Add orange zest or any flavoring extract of choice.
  3. Cook the mixture on a low flame till it thickens and leaves the sides of the vessel. This will roughly take 10 minutes.
  4. Once the mixture thickens, turn off the gas and allow it to come to room temperature. Pinch off little mixture and make small marble sized balls.
  5. Roll the chocolate balls in sprinkles of any choice. (I used chocolate vermicelli sprinkles, you can use finely chopped toasted nuts or even desiccated coconut.)
  6. Refrigerate it for atleast an hour.
