Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Yummy Samosa Chaat :
  2. Samosa - 5
  3. Butter - 1 tablespoon.
  4. Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  5. Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  6. Channa masala - 1 tea spoon.
  7. Tomatos - 2
  8. Onion chopped - 2
  9. Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
  10. Chat masala - 1 tea spoon
  11. Water - as required.
  12. White Peas - 2 cups
  13. Curd - 4 tablespoon.
  14. Sweet chutney - 2 tablespoon.
  15. Green chutney - 2 tablespoon.
  16. Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
  17. Gulab Jamun Custard Pudding :
  18. Milk powder 2 cup
  19. Maida 1 tablespoon
  20. milk 1 tablespoon
  21. ghee 2 tablespoon
  22. baking powder 1 teaspoon
  23. ghee or oil for frying
  24. Cardamom four
  25. for custard pudding :
  26. milk half litre
  27. custard powder 3 tablespoon
  28. sugar according to the taste
  29. nut brittles half cup crushed
  30. Tomato Noodles Soup :
  31. Tomato - 300 grams
  32. Chopped onion - 1
  33. Noodles - 200 grams
  34. Pepper powder - 2 teaspoon
  35. Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
  36. Grated cheese -2 tablespoon
  37. Milk - 1/2 cup
  38. Butter - 1 tablespoon
  39. Chopped coriander - 2 tablespoon
  40. Salt - to taste
  41. Double Decker Smoothie :
  42.  mango pulp 1 cup
  43. unsweetened coconut milk 1/2 cup
  44. vanilla Greek yogurt 1 cup
  45. Condensed milk to taste
  46. Black grapes frozen 1 cup
  47. unsweetened coconut milk 1/2 cup
  48. vanilla Greek yogurt 1 cup
  49. Condensed milk to taste

Instructions

  1. For Samosa Chaat : Boil White peas and keep a side.
  2. Take a pan add butter, peas, onions, tomatoes cook till both are soft
  3. then add salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chat masala, channa masala,
  4. if required add water mix well.
  5. Now add mashedsamosa and cook for few minutes.
  6. Then add green chutney, sweet, chutney mix well.
  7. Transfer to a plate and top it up with onions, tomatoes, sweet chutney, green chutney, curd, coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot.
  9. mix milk powder sugar Maida baking powder with ghee and some milk
  10. Knead into a soft dough and shape into equal sized to balls without any cracks
  11. heat oil or ghee in a kadai fry the gulab jamun balls in a medium flame
  12. in a kadai boil water with sugar cardamom till forms one string consistency and soak the balls for an hour.
  13. for custard pudding mix milk with custard powder without any lumps in a bowl.
  14. boil the milk and add the custard mixture. Stir constantly.
  15. add sugar according to your taste and boil till the milk becomes thick transfer to your pudding bowl.
  16. decorate with Gulab Jamun and crushed nut brittles. Serve chilled.
  17. Tomato Noodles Soup : Boil the chopped tomatoes with half amount of chopped onions and required amount of water.
  18. After the temperature cools down grind them using a blender.
  19. Heat butter in a pan and add remaining chopped onions.
  20. Saute for a minute Pour the tomato mixture and allow them to boil.
  21. Add pepper powder and salt. Add cooked noodles and allow them to boil for a minute.
  22. Serve in soup bowls and garnish with grated cheese and coriander leaves
  23. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
  24. Double Decker Smoothie : In a blender, add mango pulp Greek yogurt, coconut milk, and sweetener.
  25. Blend on high for about 30 seconds or until smooth
  26. If smoothie is too thick, add a splash more coconut milk
  27. Using same blender, add frozen grapes Greek yogurt, coconut milk, and sweetener.
  28. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until smooth. If smoothie is too thick, add a splash more coconut milk.
  29. Pour between the glasses and rinse blender.
  30. Pour grapes mixture slowly over mango mixture already in glasses.
  31. Garnish with fresh grapes or mangoes (if desired) and serve immediately.
