ABOUT Homemade cream cheese spread RECIPE

Homemade stuffs are always better and healthier than storebrought ones.This cream cheese spread is prepared from chenna or panneer from milk.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chenna or paneer from 1 litre cows milk
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
  4. Curd 1tbsp
  5. Mineral water 2 tsp or according to consistency

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 litre milk and add few drops of lemon juice so it curdles
  2. Remove the paneer from it and hung it
  3. When water is removed put in the mixer with salt and grind until smooth
  4. In a glass add curd and lemon juice
  5. Pour the mixture into the panner paste and grind it.add water to get consistency
  6. Pour it in glass jar and store in refregirator
  7. Home made cheese spread is ready
