ABOUT Vegetable idli RECIPE

Kids dont eat all vegetables so just for a change so that kids can have vegetables and fruits

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 katori parboiled rice
  2. 1 katori urad dal
  3. Grated carrot
  4. Grated beetroot
  5. Groundnut
  6. Oil
  7. Kari patta
  8. Salt
  9. Rai
  10. Dryfryuits

Instructions

  1. Grind urad dal and rice and keep overnight
  2. Grate carrot, beetroot
  3. Take small pan add oil, Rai karipatta and saute little add ground nut and dryfryuits urad dal and chana dal
  4. Take the batter and add all ingredients
  5. Mix all ingredients in the batter
  6. Take idli stand grease with oil and steam it
  7. Check in between
  8. Take out idli once it's done and serve with chutney
