Suji sandwich

Ingredients to make Suji sandwich

  • 4 bread slices
  • 6 tbsp Suji
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1/2tsp. salt
  • 1/4black pepper powder
  • 1/2 finely chopped capsicum
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 small finally chopped onion
  • 4 tbsp Refined oil or Pure ghee
  • 6 tbsp. grated cheese

How to make Suji sandwich

  1. First of all take a bowl put Suji and all ingredients in it and mix it. Cover it and wait for 10 minutes.
  2. Now take bread slices and cut them from the centre
  3. After 10 minutes apply that mixture and grated Cheese on bread slice,
  4. Switch on gas put flat tawa on it with little oil. When it becomes hot then keep slice on it from loaded side down for 2-3 minutes on Slow flame.
  5. One cheese side up.
  6. Cover it with lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes on Slow flame untill cheese melt.
  7. Our sooji sandwiches are ready to serve. Kids will eat with great interest.
