ABOUT Panini Bread RECIPE

It is an Italian sandwich bread . Stuffing can anything of your choice , very easy to make .

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For bread dough
  2. 150 gms maida
  3. 80 ml warm milk
  4. 1/2 tea spoon active dry yeast
  5. 1 tea spoon sugar
  6. 1/4 tea spoon salt
  7. 15 gms soft butter
  8. For stuffing
  9. 1 tomato thinly sliced
  10. 6 slice of mozzarella cheese
  11. Few fresh basil leaves
  12. Salt according to taste
  13. 2 tea spoon extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Put the yeast and sugar in the milk , cover and keep aside for 10 minutes
  2. Mix salt into maida and add the milk into it , mix it properly
  3. Add butter and mix into the dough
  4. Keep the dough on the clean kitchen platform and knead into a smooth dough and make a log
  5. Cut in three equal portions
  6. Roll each portion in oval or rectangular shape
  7. Keep butter paper on the baking tray and keep each rolled portion with a little gap in between
  8. Cover it with kitchen napkin for 1:30 hrs for proving
  9. After 1 hour and 30 minutes
  10. Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes
  11. Keep ready the stuffing
  12. Horizontally cut the bread
  13. Put olive oil
  14. Keep the stuffing
  15. Keep the bread in electric sandwich maker till the cheese melts
  16. Serve hot
