Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rasgulla - 4 piece
  2. Full cream milk - 5 cup
  3. Corn flour - 1 tsp
  4. Sugar - 4 tbsp
  5. Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Crushed cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
  7. Saffron - few strands

Instructions

  1. Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel.
  2. Once boiled, keep in the low flame.
  3. Once boiled, keep in the low flame.
  4. Cook well till it gets thick.
  5. Corn flour and saffron mix in the half cup of cold milk and add in the thick milk.
  6. Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well
  7. Cut the rasgulla into two pieces.
  8. Place the rasgulla in the bowl and add thick milk.
  9. Garnish with crushed cashew nuts.
  10. Keep in the fridge for an hour and serve chill.
