Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. chopped onion
  2. Chopped Tomatoes
  3. Chopped green chillies
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Garam Masala
  6. Coriander Powder
  7. Turmeric powder
  8. Red chilli powder
  9. sugar
  10. Ginger Garlic Paste

Instructions

  1. wash the mutton thoroughly
  2. Let the oil heat in pressure cooker
  3. After the bubbles from oil add the garam masala
  4. Then add chopped onions and fry till golden brown
  5. Then add the ginger garlic paste till a pleasant smell comes out
  6. Then add the finely chopped onions and stir well
  7. Then we have to add the keema
  8. Stir well till water comes out from keema
  9. Then we have to add five masalas red chilli powder,,corrainder nd turmeric powder and salt to taste..
  10. Then finally add garam masala powder and finally chopped coriander leaves
  11. Add 1 small cup of water nd wait for 2-3 whistles
  12. Rest the cooker fr 20 min and take a pan
  13. Add ghee on the pan
  14. Then pour the keema prepared on the cooker to pan And stir fr 20 sec
  15. Last step is to cover the pan nd uncover after 1 min
  16. A delicious mouthwaterig smell comes with the opening of cover from pan
  17. Our favourite keema is being shaped with traditional mughlai recipe i.e Sahi mughlai keema
  18. Serve with tandoori or nun
