  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 5 egg whites
  • 250 grams coconut, grated

How to make Coconut Macaroons

  1. Beat the egg whites till this forms peaks with the help of a hand blender.
  2. Mix the coconut and condensed milk in a separate pan. Now fold in the egg whites into this mixture lightly.
