ABOUT Veg Cheese Pizza RECIPE

Kids loves Pizza very much. So here I am sharing home Made Pizza, including pizza base. I am sure kids will love this Pizza.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup maida
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. 1 tspn baking powder
  4. 2 tspn salt
  5. 2 tspn oil
  6. Water as required
  7. 100 gram cheese
  8. 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  9. 1 cup chopped cabbage
  10. 1 cup chopped onion
  11. 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  12. 4 Tspn Organo hub or Balck pepper
  13. 4 Tspn Chilli flex

Instructions

  1. Put a layer of flour, salt, curd, baking powder, oil and water in a bowl mix it well and knead a soft dough. Cover it with wet cloth. Allow rest for 4 hours.
  2. Now cut tomato, onion, leaf cabbage and keep it for topping pizza.
  3. Now knead dough once again and take big ball size dogh. Roll it to thick. Make small holes with the help of forks on it. Now heat a pan and put the base on it. Cover it with cover and bake for 3-4 minutes. Now remove the cover and bake it 2 minutes from the other side.
  4. Now, take it out and apply 2 teaspoon tomato sauce on it , then spread it over the grated cheese . Now add chopped onions, cabbage, tomatoes. Again add some more chees. Add1 teaspoon black pepper powder and chili flakes and bake it over hot pan for 3-4 mins of low flame.
  5. Now take out in a plate from pan and top it with some more grated cheese. Serve with tomato sauce.
