Macaroni samosa with loaded of cheese and veggies

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purposes flour - 2 cup
  2. Vegetable oil - 1/4 cup
  3. salt - 1 tsp
  4. water - As required
  5. Kalonji/onion seeds - 1/2 tsp
  6. Macaroni - 1 cup
  7. Chopped carrot - 1/4 cup
  8. Chopped beans - 1 tbsp
  9. Green peas - 2 tbsp
  10. Chopped capsicum - 2 tbsp
  11. tomato purée - 1/2 cup
  12. Mozzarella cheese - 50 gm
  13. Mix herbs - 1 tsp
  14. Crushed garlic - 1 tsp
  15. chilli powder - 1 tsp
  16. tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
  17. oil - As required

Instructions

  1. Take All purpose flour in a big bowl.
  2. Add 1 tsp salt, 1/4 cup oil and onion seeds.
  3. Mix well and knead a soft dough with help of water.
  4. Leave it for 30 minutes.
  5. Boil macaroni in enough water with salt.
  6. Drain and keep aside.
  7. Heat oil in pan.
  8. Put crushed garlic in oil.
  9. Add tomato purée and cook on high flame.
  10. Add chilli powder and cook till oil starts separate.
  11. Add tomato sauce.
  12. Add chopped veggies and little water.
  13. Cook on low flame till veggies become soft.
  14. Add boiled macaroni and cook on high flame till it becomes dry.
  15. Let it cool.
  16. Add grated Mozzarella cheese in cooked macaroni.
  17. Stuffing is ready.
  18. Make big size balls from dough.
  19. Roll each balls like roti in 1/4" thickness.
  20. Cut from middle and put stuffing mixture on each part.
  21. Fold in triangle shape.
  22. Make all samose with same process.
  23. Heat oil in a big pan.
  24. Fry all samose till golden brown in colour.
  25. Soak extra oil with paper towels.
  26. Cheese macaroni samose are ready. Enjoy with tomato ketchup.
