Kids love cakes today i am presenting designer cake roll for kids.Soft ,moist,creamy and pretty.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For design--
  2. 10 gram butter
  3. 10 gram icing sugar
  4. 10 gram flour
  5. 10 gram egg white
  6. 2 food colours for flowers
  7. And green colour for leaf
  8. For cake---
  9. 60 gram Flour
  10. 50 ml. water
  11. 50 gram powder sugar
  12. 30 ml.Vegetable oil
  13. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  14. 2 egg yolk
  15. 2 egg white
  16. For cream--
  17. 1 cup whipping cream
  18. 2 tbsp sugar
  19. 1/2 tsp lemon Juice


  1. Beat egg yolk and half sugar
  2. Add water and beat
  3. Then add oil and vanilla beat and mix all of them
  4. Sieve flour twice
  5. And add in three batches
  6. Add and beat again add and beat total flour
  7. For design---
  8. Whisk egg white and sugar
  9. Add butter and whisk
  10. Lastly add flour
  11. Make smooth mix by whisking
  12. Devide batter in three parts
  13. And add desired colors in two parts for flowers
  14. Add green in one part
  15. Fill all three batter in small zip locks
  16. Make a small Cut in corner and shape zip lock as cone
  17. Seal open side with tape
  18. Take a butter paper and draw flowers on it
  19. And line it in baking tray
  20. Now pipe two colours in flowers and green on leafs
  21. Keep in freeze for 20 min
  22. Then take it out and pipe cake batter between design
  23. When all gaps between flowers and leaf filled pipe rest of batter all over
  24. Tap tray carefully to remove air bubble
  25. Then bake it for 12 to 15 min at 170 degree
  26. When baked take it out and cool a little
  27. Cover tray with butter paper and wire wreck
  28. And flip to unmould
  29. Remove carefully butter paper from cake
  30. Take a small towel and sprinkle icing sugar upon it
  31. And flip cake on towel
  32. Now with help of towel make roll of cake
  33. Cover from sides and keep as it is for 20 min
  34. Till then beat whip cream and sugar
  35. Add lemon juice and beat till hard peaks
  36. Fill 4 tbsp cream in piping bag
  37. Take out roll from towel and open it
  38. Spread cream all over and make roll again
  39. Keep in freeze for some time to set
  40. At serving time garnish cake with cream and serve
