Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 8 eggs
  2. 1/4 cup chopped onions
  3. 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  4. 1/2 cup Shredded cheese
  5. 1/4 teaspoon garlic paste
  6. 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Red chilli powder to taste
  9. Pepper to taste
  10. Jalapeno for garnish
  11. spring onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs in a bowl & add onion, tomato, ginger, garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, pepper
  2. Add cheese & mix well
  3. Preheat the oven in 175° C
  4. Grease muffin holders with oil and pour the mix till 1/3 level. Garnish with jalapeno & spring onions
  5. Bake for 20-25 mins. Serve hot
