Pear Ice cream

Ingredients to make Pear Ice cream

  • Pears 2
  • Condensed milk 1 tin (400 grams)
  • Fresh cream 1 packet (200 ml)

How to make Pear Ice cream

  1. Wash and cut the pear into chunks. Then blend it to a puree.
  2. Next, add the condensed milk and fresh cream to it. Blend it again for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour this mixture in an ice cream tray or tin and let it deep freeze for 4 hours.
  4. The Pear ice cream is ready to be served. Remove and serve it in bowls.

My Tip:

Do not remove the skin of the pear as it contains 3 times more of antioxidants. If you freeze it for a longer time then keep it outside for 10 minutes before serving.
