Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rava/semolina - 1 small glass
  2. curd - 1 glass
  3. water - 1 1/2 to 2 glasses
  4. salt as per taste
  5. Cheese - 4 cubes or slices
  6. carrot - 1 /2
  7. onions - 1
  8. tomato - 1
  9. pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  10. Herbs - 1/2 tsp
  11. Baking soda - 1/4 tsp


  1. Take a bowl add rava/semolina, curd, salt mix it well.
  2. Now add 1 glass of water(adjust), mix it well to get batter consistency.
  3. Close the lid and rest it for 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile cut onions and tomatoes into petals shape and cut carrot into slices and grate cheese and keep everything ready.
  5. After 15 minutes, check rava mix. Add baking soda and adjust water accordingly to get thick batter, mix it gently.
  6. Heat Tawa and spread batter thickly like uttapam and add oil. After 2 minutes reverse the base apply tomato ketchup.
  7. Spread grated cheese, onions, tomatoes, carrot, (also use capsicum, baby corn, olive if available ).
  8. Add herbs and again spread grated cheese on veggies. Close lid and cook 2 more minutes on low flames.
  9. Once cheese melts switch off flames and sprinkle pepper powder and take it into plate.
  10. Cut it into pieces, yummy and cheesy and healthy rava pizza is ready to serve.
