About Nimona... Recipe

Nimona...

Ingredients to make Nimona...

  • 1 cup green peas coarsely grind
  • tomatoes 2nos
  • fennel seeds(sauf) 1tbsp
  • jeera 1tbsp
  • ginger 1inch
  • Heeng 1pinch salt as per taste
  • green chillies
  • red chilli powder
  • turmeric
  • Coriender powder
  • Musturd oil.
  • coriander leaves
  • garlic 8 to 10 cloves

How to make Nimona...

  1. Grind the peas coarsely.
  2. Then grind coriander green chilies and garlic cloves
  3. Heat oil in a wok and add the peas. And saute them until they are cooked and oil seperates. And take it out.
  4. Grind the tomatoes and ginger
  5. In the same wok in the leftover oil add jeera heeng and sauf and add the the tomatoes.
  6. Then add the green paste. And cook it till the oil separates
  7. Once it is cooked add the peas then add some water and let it simmer for about 6-7 min stirring occasionally.
  8. Now your tasty nimona is ready.
  9. Enjoy..
