The kids are now so busy . They don't have enough time and relish their food . This chicken drum beater is just appropriate for their evening tiffin .

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 300 gms boneless chicken
  2. 1 table spoon chopped garlic
  3. 1 tea spoon chilly flakes
  4. 1 tea spoon black pepper powder
  5. 1 table spoon dry parsley
  6. 3 table spoon chopped coriander
  7. salt to taste
  8. 2 table spoon fresh cream
  9. 2 table spoon mayonnaise
  10. 6 saute' stick
  11. For batter
  12. 3 table spoon maida
  13. 1 to 1 1/2 table spoon cornflour
  14. Salt
  15. 1 egg
  16. 1 tea spoon black pepper powder
  17. 1/4 tea spoon baking powder
  18. Enough oil to dip fry

Instructions

  1. Make paste of the chicken in mixer jar
  2. Take the paste in a bowl and keep handy all the other ingredients
  3. Mix all the ingredients with the chicken paste and keep aside
  4. Take all the ingredients of the batter in a bowl and add water gradually
  5. Make a medium thick batter
  6. Bend one end of each saute' stick so that the chicken paste does not come out
  7. Take little chicken paste on your palm and flatten it a little and keep one stick on it
  8. Now cover the stick and give drum beater shape
  9. Hit enough oil in a kadai
  10. Dip the beater into the batter and dip fry in low flame till the upper coating is golden brown in colour
  11. The drum beaters are ready to serve
