Its a very tasty and healthy recipe for kids.all kids love paav bhaji so i try to transfer this yummy flavour in another form...kids will definitely love it

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 glass cooked rice
  2. 2 chopped onions
  3. 2 chopped tomatoes
  4. 1 cup boiled chopped carrot
  5. 1 cup boiled green peas
  6. 1 cup chopped boiled potatoes
  7. 1/2 tbsp red chilly powder
  8. 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  9. Alt as per taste
  10. 2 tsp paav bhaji masals
  11. 2 tsp lemin juice
  12. 3 tsp butter
  13. 12 tbsp grated ginger garlic
  14. Green coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan
  2. Add ginger garlic.saute for a minute
  3. now add chopped onion and Saute till they turn golden brown
  4. Now add chopped tomatoes and cook it till they become soft.add boiled vegetables like carrot,peas and potatoes.
  5. now add all dry spices and paav bhaji masala
  6. Mix well and lil water and cook for 1 minute
  7. Now add cooked rice in the prepared masala or you can also use leftover rice.cooked for 2 minutes on low flame.
  8. Garnish with coriander .sprinkle lemon juice ..Served hot...enjoy
