About Dry Egg Maggi Recipe

Kids are loved maggi noodles.In addition i add egg with some indian spices.

Dry Egg Maggi

Ingredients to make Dry Egg Maggi

  • Maggi Noodles -1 packet
  • onion -1/4 cup,finely chopped
  • tomato-1/4 cup, finely chopped
  • green chillies-2,finely chopped
  • eggs-2
  • Bell pepper-1/4 cup,finely chopped
  • turmeric powder-1/4tsp
  • salt - to taste
  • butter -1 tbsp
  • Garam masala-1/4 tsp
  • red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
  • cumin powder-1/4 tsp
  • water -1&1/2 cups

How to make Dry Egg Maggi

  1. In a vessel boil 1&1/2 cups water,turmeric powder. Break the maggi noodles into four parts.
  2. Once it starts to boil add the noodles.stir it continuosly.cook it for 2 mins.switch off the flame. Cover it with lid.
  3. In a pan add the butter,saute onion in High flame .Then add the tomato and salt.
  4. Once it turns mushy add the Bell Pepper. Saute for a min in High flame.
  5. Then in centre,break the eggs and mix with veggies. Cook it for 2 mins.
  6. Now add the cooked noodles, red chilli powder, garam Masala, cumin powder.
  7. Mix everything well. Serve Hot !!

My Tip:

Always cook the onion tomato mix in high flame to get smoke smell.
