Lavash is a very nice Lebanese Bread. We can have it as a starter or as a snacks. Very good to attract children

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Maida or flour 2cups
  2. White oil 3 Table spoon
  3. Salt 1 tea spoon
  4. Water 3/4th cup
  5. Sesame seeds white 1table spoon
  6. Sesame seeds black 1 table spoon
  7. Chilli flakes ans origano 1 table spoon

Instructions

  1. Take all ingredients like the picture.
  2. Now take the maida, salt and oil make a crumbly texture..Through your fingure tips.
  3. Then add water gradually and make a rough dough.
  4. Cover the dough with a cling film keep aside for 10 minutes.
  5. Now, make 4 small balls from the dough and roll a thin Chapati through a rolling pin and cut them in triangular shape or as you like.
  6. Now, prick the triangles with a fork...Like the pictures.
  7. Now apply some sesame seeds, origano and chiliflakes over the chapati.
  8. Now put those lavash on a greased baking tray and bake those lavash in a preheated oven at 170℃ temperature for 16 minutes.
  9. Now your Lavash is ready to serve..
  10. You can serve your lavash with some cheese dips.
