Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. All purpose flour 5 cups
  2. instant yeast 21/4 teaspoon
  3. Sugar 2 tablespoon
  4. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Unsalted Butter 2 Tablespoon
  6. Warm water 1/2 cup + 1 1/2 cup ( divided)
  7. Unsalted butter (melted for brushing) 2 tablespoon
  8. For Vegetable Stuffing
  9. Methi leaves one bundle
  10. chopped potato 2
  11. Chopped onion 1
  12. Green chillies 2
  13. Green peas 1/2 cup
  14. Ginger garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
  15. oil 2 tbsp
  16. Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  17. garam masala powder 2 pinch
  18. curry powder 2 pinch
  19. Aamchur powder 2 pinch
  20. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast in half cup of warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, add the remaining water, sugar, salt, room temperature butter and 5 cups of flour and stir to combine.
  3. Knead well for 15 minutes until a soft ball of dough forms and clears the sides of the bowl.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a cling wrap or kitchen towel. Let it rise doubled in size, it almost take 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  5. Meanwhile heat oil in pan on a medium flame. Add chopped onion and saute well till translucent. To it add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell disappear.
  6. Add methi leaves, potatoes, green peas and green chillies to it. Saute well by adding all the masala powders and water to it. Let it boil for few minutes till all the vegetables are half done. Switch off the flame and let it cool.
  7. When the dough doubled in size,flour the kitchen counter and gently press all over the dough to release any air pockets.
  8. Grease a Bundt pan. Divide the dough into five equal balls. flatten the balls and fill two teaspoon of cooled masala in it.
  9. Seal well, and roll the ball well and place in the pan as shown.
  10. Cover with the kitchen towel or cling wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes or until it doubled in size.
  11. Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius. Brush the dough with melted butter and bake it for 30 minutes and increase the temperature to 230 degree Celsius for the last 10 more minutes.
  12. Beautiful Scrumptious Baked Bundt Crouton with Stuffed Veggies is ready. Let it cool completely before serving. Kid's will never say no to this healthy recipe with a twist.
