ABOUT 2 minutes coffee cake in Microwave RECIPE

This is my favourite cake and the combo of coffee and chocolate makes me drool. Yes I’m a chocolate and coffee lover and this cake is perfect treat for someone like me. The cake is moist, coffeelicious and prepared with wheat flour. This can be prepared for party guests within minutes.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Wheat flour 3 tbsp
  2. Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
  3. Instant coffee powder 1 tbsp
  4. Sugar 3 tbsp
  5. Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Oil 2 tbsp
  7. Water 4 tbsp
  8. Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, coffee powder and sugar in a bowl and mix it well with the help of a spoon. ( I have used Nescafe Classic 3 in 1)
  2. Add oil, water and vanilla essence to it and mix well again without any lumps.
  3. Take a microwave safe mug and grease it with oil. Pour the batter into it and sprinkle chocolate chips at the top.
  4. Place it in the microwave oven and cook for 2 minutes. The cake will rise to the top.
  5. After it is done remove it from the oven and let it cool.
  6. Enjoy this yummy, chocolatey, coffee rich cake!
