Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. all purpose flour two cups
  2. dry yeast one teaspoon
  3. sugar two teaspoon
  4. Egg 1
  5. milk half cup
  6. melted butter two teaspoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. for stuffing desiccated coconut 1 cup
  9. melted butter 3 teaspoon
  10. sugar 5 teaspoon
  11. Egg 1
  12. Vanilla essence one teaspoon
  13. for topping all purpose flour three teaspoon
  14. sugar powder 3 teaspoon
  15. melted butter 3 teaspoon
  16. sesame seeds one teaspoon

Instructions

  1. in a container assemble all purpose flour dry East sugar luke warm milk egg and salt
  2. mix them all together
  3. Knead a soft dough
  4. Punch for 15 to 20 minutes
  5. now add butter in the dough and mix it well
  6. Rest the dough for 3 hours in warm place
  7. dough should be very double in size then we knead it again
  8. divide the dough into three section and shape them into balls
  9. for stuffing put in a container desiccated coconut sugar powder melted butter vanilla essence and mix them well
  10. roll out each ball with a rolling pin and put the coconut mixture on middle portion.
  11. apply little water at edges
  12. Stick the both sides of the rolled dough then roll it with hand
  13. make all three roll in same process
  14. put a foil paper on a baking tray and grease it with butter
  15. put all three roles in the foil paper
  16. Now Let It rest for 30 minutes
  17. For topping put all purpose flour melted butter and sugar powder in a bowl
  18. put it in a piping bag and spread it on the rolls
  19. brush the rolls with egg yolk and spread some sesame seeds on it
  20. preheat the oven in 180 degree centigrade then bake the coconut rolls for 18 minutes
  21. Brush the coconut bread with melted butter and Serve it.
