ABOUT Coconut Pistachios Firni RECIPE

Firni is actually Kashmiri dish. I made a little change and flavored it with coconut and pistachios which turned into a yummy desert.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk 1 cup
  2. Fresh coconut (blended) 1/2 cup
  3. Rice flour 1tsp
  4. Jaggery grated 2tbsp
  5. Ghee 1sp
  6. Pistachios powdered 3tbsp
  7. Pistachios chopped 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients except jaggery and chopped pistachios in a non-stick pan.
  2. Cook it on a medium flame for about 10 minutes by stirring it in between.
  3. Add jaggery and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in between.
  5. Allow it to cool. sprinkle chopped pistachios on it.
