Whole wheat chana n paneer stuffed pizza

Ingredients to make Whole wheat chana n paneer stuffed pizza

  • 250gms wheat flour
  • 1tsp sugar
  • 1tsp instant yeast
  • 4tbsp oil
  • 1/2cup warm milk or as required
  • 1 big chopped onion
  • 1 big chopped tomato
  • 1tbsp chopped garlic
  • chilly powder
  • turmeric powder
  • Garam masala 1tsp
  • 1 cup boiled chana
  • 1 cup paneer
  • 1 cup mozerella cheese
  • pepper powder 1tsp
  • Oregano 1tsp
  • chilly flakes 1tsp
  • 2tbsp schezwan sauce

How to make Whole wheat chana n paneer stuffed pizza

  1. First to make the dough,take a big bowl. Add 1tsp yeast n 1tsp sugar in warm milk as required. Then add salt, 2tbsp oil n 250gms wheat flour. Knead this nicely atleast 10 to 12 mins into a soft dough. Cover it for 2hrs minimum or till the dough rises into double.
  2. To make the chana filling, heat 1tbsp oil in a pan. Add 1/2 of the chopped Onions( 1big) n fry little. Then add 1big chopped tomatoes,1 tbsp garlic, salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder n garam masala to it. Mix nicely. Cook it on high for few seconds. Then add boiled chana 1 cup n fry a little. Switch off the flame. Let it cool.
  3. For paneer filling, take mashed paneer 1 cup in a bowl. Add salt, pepper powder, oregano, remaining chopped onion n chopped garlic little, veggie of ur choice(optional),n red chilly flakes. Mix it n keep.
  4. Now take some dough n make a roti. Spread some schezwan sauce or pizza sauce over the roti. Then place chana filling n then Paneer filling like the picture. Then make another roti n cover the first roti nicely. Be sure that the edges of both roti should be pressed nicely.
  5. Now cut the roti from all sides like shown in the picture. Then twist each part carefully to give it a flower shape. Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese, oregano n chilly flakes if u wish. Brush the bread with milk or butter.
  6. Bake this in a preheated oven for atleast 30 mins at 180℃. Then enjoy this healthy stuffed bread :blush:

My Tip:

U can add other veggies of ur choice. Also u can take half maida n half atta
