Dragon fruit burfi is my own recipe. By eating this burfi, one can get the health benefits of dragon fruit.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dragon fruit half
  2. sugar 1/2 cup
  3. semolina 1 cup
  4. ghee 1/2 cup
  5. water to cook

Instructions

  1. In a kadai, fry semolina by adding ghee until nice aroma will come .
  2. To this semolina add boiled water, mix well.
  3. to this add sugar, mix well.
  4. Now add dragon fruit pulp, mix well by adding ghee.
  5. Pour this mixture a greased plate, cut the burfi in your desired shape.
  6. Now the dragon fruit ready to eat.
