Cup cakes /Muffins are loved by everyone specially loved by kids .. todays i made these muffing in two shapes one in microwave and another on gass . I made some muffins in appa pan . Delicious and easy to make ..

Ingredients Serving: 4

Maida. : 1 + 1/2 cup
Sugar. : 1 cup
Baking powder : 1/2 tspn
Baking soda : 1/4 tspn
Salt. : 1 pinch
Milk : 1 Cup
Oil. : 3/4 cup
Vanilla essence. : 1 tspn
Tutty frutti. : 1/2 cup

Instructions

Put all ingredients (except tutty fruity) in a bowl and blend with blender for 4-5 min . At last add tutty fruity and mix with spoon .
Now heat your simple twa on gass and take an appam pan and put it on twa .
Now put one one drop of oil in Every mould of appam pan . Gass will be on low flame.
Put one one spoon of cake batter in every mould. Don't put over batter bcoz it will be fluffy .
Spred colourful cherry and dry fruits on cake batter . Then cover it with lid .
It will be ready within 10-13 min.
In microwave Spread Tutty fruity into moulds then put batter and bake only 1-2 minutes
Ready our yummy and delicious muffins in two shapes
