Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1 tea spoon baking powder
  3. 1/2 tea spoon baking soda
  4. 1/4 cup oil
  5. 1/2 cup Powder sugar
  6. 2 spoon milk powder
  7. 2 spoon butter
  8. 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  9. 2 spoon choco chips

Instructions

  1. Sieve all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and milk powder twice and keep aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl put oil, powder sugar and butter and mix well.
  3. Add small portion of dry ingredients and pineapple juice slowly .
  4. Maka a smooth batter without any lumps.
  5. Now greese the cup cake mould with butter and half fill the mould.
  6. Sprinkle some choco chips on it and bake preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180 degree temperature.
  7. Pineapple cup cake is ready.
