A great way to impress guests! Everyone loves this layered pumkin healthy dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup flour
  2. 1/2 cup butter, softened
  3. 1 cup pecans, chopped
  4. 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  5. 1 cup powdered sugar
  6. 3 cups whipped topping
  7. 2 cups milk
  8. 3 packages of white chocolate instant pudding mix
  9. 1 cup pumpkin puree yellow
  10. 1 tsp pumkin spice

Instructions

  1. Layer 1 - Mix the flour, butter and 1/2 cup of pecans together. Then press this onto a sprayed baking pan. (If you would like more crust, add an additional 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup butter and 1/4 cup chopped pecans.)
  2. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F or 176 degrees C. Then remove and let it cool.
  3. Layer 2- Blend the cream cheese and powdered sugar together, add 1 cup of the whipped topping, then spread this over the cooled crust.
  4. Layer 3- Mix the milk pudding then mix in the pumpkin puree, pumkin spice and 1 cup of whipped topping until it's smooth. Spread this over the layer 2.
  5. Layer 4- Spread the remaining 1 cup of whipped topping and sprinkle pecans. Let it chill for 3 hours or until it's set.
