ABOUT Oats manchurian RECIPE

Its a fushion and healthy recipe specialy for kids as they do not like oats that much.some of us use oats powder mixing with wheat while making roti,but if someone try this revipe I Am sure your kids fall in love with oats.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Oats 100 grams
  2. Onion 1 large chopped
  3. Ginger 1/2 tablespoon chooped
  4. Garlic 1 teaspoon chopped
  5. Green chilli 1 teaspoon chopped
  6. Green capsicum 1 tablespoon chopped
  7. Carrot 1 tablespoons grated
  8. Cabbage 1 tablespoons thinly slice
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Black papper 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Refine oil 1cup for frying & 2 teaspoon for cooking
  12. For gravy
  13. Soya sauce 1 tablespoons
  14. Chilli sauce 1 tablespoons
  15. Tomato sauce 2 tablespoons
  16. Spring onion 1 teaspoon for garnish(optional)
  17. Onion 1 large cut into cubes
  18. Green capsicum 1 medium cut into cubes
  19. Ginger 1 teaspoon chopped

Instructions

  1. Making oats ball you will need
  2. Take a mixing bowl and add oats .
  3. Now in the same mixing bowl add chopped onion
  4. After that add chopped ginger
  5. Then add chopped garlic
  6. After that add chopped green capsicum
  7. Now add green chilli chopped
  8. Then add grated carrot
  9. After that add thinly chopped cabbage
  10. Now add salt to taste
  11. Add black pepper
  12. If needed then add water gradually
  13. Now mixing all the ingredients which already added to mixing bowl
  14. After mixing all the ingredients together keep it aside for 5-10minutes
  15. After 5 to 10 minutes make small small ball from mixture
  16. After making oats ball again keep it aside for 5minutes
  17. Now in a deep kadai add refine oil and.heat it on medium high flame for fry oats ball
  18. When oil properly heated up then add oats ball one by one and fry them on low flame until crispy and golden brown colour.
  19. Remove it on a paper/kitchen towel and keep them aside
  20. Now time to make Manchurian gravy
  21. For that take a frying pan and add 2 tea spoon refine oil and heat it.
  22. After that add chopped garlic and fry for 10 seconds
  23. Then add onion(cut into cube) and fry for 30 sceonds
  24. After that add capsicum (cut into cube) and fry for a couple of minutes
  25. In the meanwhile take small bowl and add 1 tablespoons soya sauce,1 tablespoons chilli sauce,2 tablespoons tomato ketchup and mix it well with 2 to 3 teaspoon of plain water.and add it in frying onion and capsicum
  26. If needed (depends on gravy quantity)then add little water and mix well.
  27. When it's start boiling place fried oats ball into gravy and mix it well so the sauce goes into the oats balls well
  28. Garnish with some spring onion and serve it hot(this step totaly optional)
