It is a middle Eastern desert. Children love it too much, it is so healthy. It is full of milk,semolina, coconut milk cream, cranberries,rose and orange. You can make it on any special occasion party or festival. You can also make it for your children's demand.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Semolina one cup
  2. 5 cup milk
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. Half cup dried cranberries chopped
  5. 2-3 spoons rose water
  6. One spoon Orange peel grated
  7. For creamy layer-
  8. Half cup regular cream
  9. One big spoonful coconut cream
  10. 2 tbsp very fine coconut powder
  11. 2 tbsp crushed pista
  12. 1 cup hazelnut syrup or sugar syrup for pouring
  13. Some strawberries for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok roast semolina lightly.
  2. Add milk and stir continuously.
  3. When it become some thick add cranberries and orange peel.
  4. Add sugar also.
  5. When it is soft compare to halwa,add rose water.
  6. It should be very soft but not in pouring consistency.
  7. Now Switch off the flame and set this mixture in a bowl or cake tin in the refrigerator.
  8. For layering take coconut milk cream and regular cream wipped it.
  9. Add coconut powder and wipped again till soft pik.
  10. Take out bowl or cake tin from refrigerator.
  11. Make a creamy layer over it.
  12. Decorate with pista and strawberry as you like.
  13. Keep it in refrigerator for set it.
  14. Keep it out 5 minutes before serving.
  15. Pour hazelnut syrup or sugar syrup over it.
  16. Serve this delicious pudding to your children.
