Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For Stuffing:
  2. 1. Boiled mashed potatoes - 2 cups
  3. 2. Grated Carrot - 1/2 cup
  4. 3. Peas - 1/2 cup
  5. 4. Fenugreek leaves - 1/4 cup
  6. 5. Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
  7. 6. Finely chopped onions - 1/2 cup
  8. 7. Finely chopped ginger - 1 inch piece
  9. Wheat flour - 1 .5 cups
  10. Salt - As per taste
  11. Oil for frying
  12. Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  13. Green chilly - 1 to 2
  14. Garam Masala - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Make a soft dough using water and a few drops of oil. Left it undisturbed for 15 minutes.
  2. Mix all the vegetables mentioned here to prepare the stuffing.
  3. Make some roundels with the dough and stuff them with stuffing
  4. Roll it as we roll stuffed paranthas at home.
  5. Roast and fry it. Now, it is ready to serve.
