Ingredients to make Mix beans healthy kabab

  • rajma 1/2 cup
  • Moong 1/2 cup
  • chana 1/2 cup
  • Soyabin 1/2 cup
  • peas 1/2 cup
  • Oats powder as required
  • ginger chilly paste 1 spoon
  • turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  • red chilli powder. 1/2 spoon
  • Garam masala 1/2 spoon
  • Chaat masala 1/2 spoon
  • salt
  • oil as required

How to make Mix beans healthy kabab

  1. Take all beans , soak it 4_5 hours except peas
  2. Then boil it in pressure cooker
  3. Then drain the water
  4. Grind it in mixer
  5. Then add all masala , salt,garam masala,chat masala ginger chilli paste,,coriander masala,
  6. For binding tikki ,I used oats powder
  7. In a pan ,greased with oil and put kabab in it and cook the kababs from both sides till the kebabs are golden brown
  8. Serve hot

My Tip:

You can also make others beans kababs by same method
