churros are traditional from Spain and Portuguese and as well from America I made this churros in a new way filled with ice cream and made it in Taco shaped

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. refined flour.... one cup
  2. water..... 1 cup
  3. sugar powder.... 2 tablespoon
  4. butter one tablespoon
  5. cinnamon powder half teaspoon
  6. any flavoured ice cream
  7. cherries for decoration
  8. Star nozel
  9. piping bag


  1. put the saucepan on flame filled with 1 cup water
  2. add salt ,sugar powder and butter
  3. keep it for boiling
  4. when water boils add spoon by spoon refined flour in it
  5. Stire it continuously
  6. simmer the flame
  7. when its consistency comes in ball shaped switch off the flame
  8. when it comes in room temperature fill it in piping bag
  9. On butter paper make a round shaped churros
  10. Fry it in the oil
  11. when it comes in golden colour take it out from the oil
  12. and immediately fold it with the help of Rolling pin
  13. Coat it in sugar and cinnamon powder
  14. and the churro tacos are ready
  15. fill it with a scoop of your favourite ice cream flavour
  16. and ice cream filled Churro tacos are ready
