Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup of blue berry
  2. 6 walnuts
  3. 6 almonds
  4. 4 digestive biscuits
  5. 1 teaspoon mint mohito syrup
  6. 1/2cup of sugar
  7. 150 grams of chocolate chip icecream
  8. Chocolate sponge cake 1 small piece
  9. Oranges
  10. 6 mint leaves
  11. Orange zest

Instructions

  1. First start with the berry sauce heat the berries and add the sugar in it and make a sauce with a flowing consistency and the strain it
  2. To make the crumb blend walnuts, almonds and the biscuits in a mixer jar til a crumbly texture
  3. Make a sugar syrup and add some mint mahiti syrup and dip the oranges in it
  4. Now we wil start with the plating first take the cake at the bottom and place the crumb at the side of the cake now at the another side of the cake keep the oranges keep 2 mint leaves on the oranges
  5. On the side which you have kept the crumb spread the berry sauce on the cake scoop the chocolate ice cream and place a up side down glass pot for decoration and your dish is ready
