ABOUT Shahi-Aamras with fluffy poori's RECIPE

This yummy dish is dedicated for my mango loving family and i specially made this for my kiddo to eat whole wheat grain in his brekka.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fresh Mango (Alphonso) one big made in puree
  2. Sugar -1-2 tbspn
  3. Fresh mint leaves- a few
  4. To Garnish- Thin mango slices
  5. Few silver balls


  1. Take fresh mango , peel and make puree from it.
  2. Now take a pan and pour the puree and mix sugar if it not sweet or if you like sweetness .
  3. Cook till it becomes thick and leaves the pan .
  4. Now pour it in serving bowl and cool it , garnish it with thin mango pieces like a flower or your choice.
  5. Garnish with silver balls and fresh mint leaves and serve with hot poori's.
