Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. all purpose flour 1cup
  2. yeast 1 tablespoon
  3. Luke warm milk 1/2 cup
  4. sugar 1 tablespoon
  5. salt 1/2teaspoon
  6. Refine oil 1 tablespoon
  7. egg 1piece
  8. butter 1 tablespoon
  9. egg 1 piece beaten for brushing


  1. For bread first activate the yeast.for that in a bowl add luke warm milk
  2. Then add 1tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon yeast
  3. Mix well all together and cover for 15 minute
  4. In the meanwhile in a large mixing bowl ang all purpose flour and salt ,and give it a good mix
  5. After 15minutes open the lid and yeast already activated
  6. Mix the activated yeast mixture to the flour mixture
  7. Then add refine oil
  8. After that add 1 egg
  9. Mix all together and make a super soft dough
  10. After that add butter to the soft dough and again knead for 5minutes
  11. This dough texture should be look like as picture.its so stretchable .you can see you finger aslo
  12. Then put the dough into bowl and brush some refine oil on top
  13. Cover and rest for atleast 1hour in a warm place.here I am using cling flim for cover the dough
  14. After 1hour dough size almost double
  15. Again knead for 5 minutes
  16. Then cut into four equal pieces
  17. Work with one piece and cover rest of the piece
  18. Sprinkle some flour on flat surface and by the help of rolling pin roll the dough in square shape
  19. Then back side of the spoon spread the nutella hazelnuts chocolate spread all over the rolled dough
  20. Slowly roll the dough from one side
  21. Then cut it from the middle to end
  22. Then start braided.
  23. Make sure all corner close properly
  24. Now make a round shape from it
  25. Brush the baking tray with refine oil
  26. Put the braided nutella bun over it and rest for 15minutes
  27. Meanwhile preheat the oven for 10minutes on 180℃
  28. After 15 minutes brush beaten egg over the braided bread
  29. After 15minutes out the baking tray into the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes on 180℃
  30. Serve hot or room temperature.
