Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup masoor dal
  2. 1/3 cup channa dal
  3. 1/2 cup toor dal
  4. 1 large onion
  5. 1 large tomato
  6. 4-5 spoons desi ghee
  7. 2 large green chilli slides
  8. 2 dried chillies
  9. 3-4 spoon oil
  10. 1 spoon jeera

Instructions

  1. Take the massoor and channa dhal and wash well
  2. Take the toor dal and wash well
  3. Take a cooker and add the dals and add salt to taste and turmeric powder
  4. Pressure cook for 3 whistles and mash the dal
  5. Chop the onions, tomatoes and green chillies
  6. In a pan heat oil and add ghee sauté the onion, tomatoes, green and red chilli
  7. When well cooked add the dal and salt and serve with soft homemade rotis
