Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. Onions chopped 2
  2. Tomatoes chopped 3
  3. Spinàch 1 bunch
  4. Toor dal 1/2 cup
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 1 1tsp
  8. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  9. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt as required
  11. Coriander leaves few
  12. Oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook the dalwith with salt and turmeric powder
  2. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds
  3. Add onions saute well
  4. Add tomatoes saute it well
  5. Then add all spice powder along with salt mix it well
  6. Add spinach saute well when masala becomes well cooked and mushy add the dal stir it well
  7. Finally add some chopped coriander cook for sometime
  8. Serve hot with roti,rice.
