Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1. Broken wheat 1 cup
  2. 2. Milk 21/2 cup
  3. 3. Puer ghee 1 cup
  4. 4. Sugar 1 cup
  5. 5. Elayachi powder 1 tea spoon
  6. 6. Almonds sliced 8+10

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat ghee in a thick bottomed kadai. Add broken wheat and roast on low heat till brownish red in colour.
  2. 2. Add milk and cook on low heat till lapsi is soft. Add sugar and stir continuously till it disloves completely. Add elaichi powder and mix well.
  3. 3. Serve hot garnished with slivered almonds.

Please add 3/4 cup jaggery replacing the sugar
