Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 small sized bottle guard, grated
  2. 1 tbsp of honey
  3. 3 tbsp of clarified butter/ ghee
  4. 2 cups of milk
  5. 3/4 cup of sugar
  6. 3 tbsp of condensed milk
  7. Any dry fruits to garnish

Instructions

  1. Add 3 tbsp of clarifed butter to the pan. Then add chopped cashew nuts and almonds to it. Roast them until they become golden brown in colour.
  2. Now add the grated bottle guard to the same and roast it thoroughly for about 5-6 mins before adding it to the milk or else your milk will curdle.
  3. Now add the milk and sugar. Let them cook for 15 mins.
  4. Then add the condensed milk and honey. Let it cook for 10 more mins.
  5. Your dessert is ready, let it cool thoroughly.
  6. Garnish with dry fruits before you serve.
  7. You can serve this hot or cold as per your choice!
