ABOUT Prawns pulao, Raita, Mango panna, Fish fry (my lunch platter) RECIPE

This is prawns pulao. Served with fish fry, salad, raita, papad, and mango panna.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Prawns as required
  2. rice 2 1/2 cup rice
  3. coconut milk 4 cup mdm consistency
  4. oil as required
  5. onion 4 finely sliced
  6. tomato 2 chopped
  7. Green masala paste 1/2 cup
  8. ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  9. turmeric pdr 1 tsp
  10. Red chilli pdr 2 tbsp
  11. cumin pdr 1 tsp
  12. fennel pdr 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Fry onion in oil till golden brown.
  2. Now add fennel pdr, ginger garlic paste, tomato and cook for 5 mins.
  3. Now add all spices and paste and prawns. Cook well until prawns are cooked well.
  4. Then add rice and coconut milk and cook rice completely.
  5. Serve with fish fry, raita, salad, papad and mango panna.
