Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. MAIDA 1 cup
  2. baking soda 1/4 tsp
  3. salt 1/2 tsp
  4. black peper 1/4 tsp
  5. curd 1/4 cup
  6. butter 1 tsp
  7. water for kneading
  8. onion 2 cubbed
  9. tomato 3 cubbed peeled
  10. 3G paste 2 tbsp
  11. cholla cooked 1 cup
  12. cumin seeds 1 tsp
  13. laung 2
  14. oil 2-3
  15. bay leaf 2
  16. cholla masala 2 tbsp
  17. kitchen king masala 1 tbsp
  18. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. in a bowl add maida,soda,salt,peper and butter then mix them and knead the butter in
  2. next add curd and water and knead into a soft dough.
  3. then rest it for 1 hr covering with wet towel
  4. after 1 hr make a semi thick chapati out of it
  5. next cook on high flame tava till roast on both sides
  6. serve hot with butter
  7. FOR CHOLLA
  8. in a pan add oil then add jeera and laung cook till splutter then add onion and cook it till tooooooo brown
  9. then add g3 paste and cook for 2-3 minutes then add tamatoes and cook till 2 whistles then with a hand blender blend them
  10. then back to stove and cook till oil starts leaving and it starts to get a nice color then add cholla
  11. add 2 cups of water and mash some of the cholla and cover it and cook for 5 minutes and add all the spices and again cook for last 1 minute and its done serve
  12. serve hot with kulcha with garnishing on top with onion,butter and lemon.
